Description: In addition to traditional topics in business law, this course will include discussions on how ancient doctrines are being adapted to meet modern cases involving the Internet and other new technologies.
This section of LEB 320F is a semester-based online course, with no face-to-face meetings.
Students are required to take at least two, scheduled proctored exams in a face to face setting. There may be additional proctoring fees. Students are responsible for securing authorized proctors. Students in foreign countries and rural US locations far from college testing centers must ensure they will be able to arrange for proctoring before registering for the course.
An evening face-to-face classroom section and an independent study version of LEB 320F are also available.
This course may be used to fulfill a requirement for the Business Foundations Certificate program.
