In addition to traditional topics in business law, this course will include discussions on how ancient doctrines are being adapted to meet modern cases involving the Internet and other new technologies.
This section of LEB 320F is a semester-based online course, with no face-to-face meetings. An evening face-to-face classroom section and an independent study version of LEB 320F are also available.
This course may be used to fulfill a requirement for the Business Foundations Certificate program.
