This course presents the fundamentals and concepts of general biochemisty, including macromolecular structure, enzyme structure and function, and energy metabolism.
Official UT Course Description: Structure and function of amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids.
Prerequisites: CH 310M (or CH 610A) or CH 318M (or CH 618A) with a grade of at least C-, and CH 310N (or CH 610B) or CH 318N (or CH 618B) with a grade of at least a C-.
